Outdoor Stemmed and Conic Christmas Trees

Our company makes artificial outdoor Christmas trees based on framed and full round spiral constructions with height from 4 meters (about 13.12 feet) up to 30 meters (about 98.43 feet). All constructions are specially designed to be installed in city streets and squares with a glance to climatic conditions. Artificial pine tree is tested to be stable what guarantees that it will stand even with high gust. All constructions consist only of metal, plastic elements are not used as they lose their strength at low temperatures and can cause a structural failure. Artificial fold branches sections are made from steel wire of GOST 3282-74 and general-purpose PVC-film.

Our pine trees have one specific feature, they are fire-safe. It means that the material, they are made of, doesn’t sustain combustion what is extremely important for such holidays as Christmas and New Year. As candles and Bengal lights are usuall attributes of these holidays! Moreover, our Christmas trees are frost-resistant, what’s very important in rigorous climatic conditions.

Outdoor Stemmed Christmas Trees (up to 22 meters or about 72.18 feet)

Trunk of a stemmed outdoor Christmas tree consists of metal steel pipe of various diameter and length. Pipes are put into wider pipes and fixed with spinning bolts what makes the tree frame more stable. Trunk pipes for relevant branch layer have special devices in the form of steel pipes of 10 mm diameter, which are fastened with help of electric welding. Mentioned devices are meant to fix fold branches sections. If the tree is taller than 7 meters (23 feet), it has intermediate steel branches made of pipes with wider diameter to provide higher structure reliability. Tree branches consist of thick PVC foliage (compared to artificial indoor pine Christmas trees, where thinner PVC elements are used). These measures help to extend operation with brilliantly shining and long-lasting view. Branches are put into and fixed in hard metal hinges securely.

Outdoor Conic Christmas Trees (up to 30 meters or about 98.42 feet)

Metal frame in the form of cone (instead of pipe as in the stemmed Christmas tree) is applied in this type of outdoor Christmas trees. Branches of the same size are put into the mentioned cone. Full round spiral Christmas tree construction has proved itself to be the best choice for outdoor use.
